Femme Friday

Lizzie here with another advanced yoga pose.  Don’t try this until you’ve really warmed up, as it may cause injuries.

Lie on your side, and slowly, while breathing deeply, raise your hind leg towards your shoulder.  Hold while giving your mama your best diva look.  Gently release and exhale.
