Femme Friday

Lizzie here with another lesson in Advanced Cat Yoga.  This one is called “Dead Kitty Pose”.  Make sure to stretch and deep breathe before trying this one, as it works out all of your muscles.

Start by placing yourself tummy side down on a comfortable flat surface (the softer, the better).  Slowly stretch rear and front legs as far as they will go, flexing your toes as well.

 

To better freak out your owner, lay your head down and close your eyes.
